Independent Director
Saira Nasir is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan. Presently she is working as the Partner for Board & Governance and Learning & Diversity Hub at the THK Group.
She has carried out special assignments, relating to Corporate Governance; including Board Performance Evaluations and Director Orientation Programs. In addition, have been actively involved in conducting various trainings, consultations, workshops, seminars, webinars, podcasts related to innovation in general and e-Learning in particular, to coaches, trainers, teachers, students and other audience. A case study- Disclosure Requirements on Corporate Governance – Pakistan, was prepared and presented by her in the 24th session of ISAR, held in Geneva in October 2009, under the auspices of United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
She is a Member of the Women Committee and the Digital Accounting & Assurance Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. She has served as an Independent Director and Audit Chair of Fauji Fertilizers Bin Qasim Limited and Independent Director at Allied Rental Modaraba.
