In my career, I have demonstrated the ability to successfully start up, operationalize & establish local/ foreign companies, through effective strategy formulation and a hands on management approach. I have turned around organizations and taken them to the next strategic level, while remaining focused on sustainability and results.

As business & strategy head I helped launch the Singapore office of an International Investment Banking & Advisory firm and a leading local Asset Management firm (Raised Rs. 10 Billion AUM during launch quarter). As Founding Member /Commissioner (CCP), in charge of areas of Advocacy, Research and Mergers and Acquisition Review established an invaluable network of relationships with highest echelons of regulatory bodies, ministries and private sector leaders. As Chief Strategy Officer at one of the largest local Asset Management Company (UBL Funds) formulated & implemented 5 year Strategy to take firm to the next level, Structured investment solutions (Shariah compliant & conventional), & forged business alliances( 2X AUM growth). As Dy.CEO AL Habib Asset increased AUM 300%.

I held the position of Managing Director, ICRU, (World Bank Group) establishing an efficient organization, raising Ease of Doing Business (EODB) ranking 39 points during my tenure),improving Investment Climate & Access to Finance in Punjab.

I led the Investment Climate reform, Advised Ministry of Finance, & worked on Access to Finance Strategy & Mechanism, for SMEs in KP.
