Major General (Retired) Irfan Arshad, HI(M) is a highly accomplished leader with over three decades of distinguished service in strategic leadership, public policy, law, and organizational development. A decorated officer and recipient of the Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military), he has held key command and leadership appointments, represented Pakistan in a UN peacekeeping mission, and played a pivotal role in establishing the Pakistan Army’s Law Branch.
An accomplished scholar with advanced degrees in public policy and international law, he continues to contribute to national development as Director Services, Fauji Foundation, and President, Alpine Club of Pakistan, championing leadership, youth empowerment, environmental stewardship, and adventure sports. As President Alpine Club of Pakistan he has a vision to use adventure sports and mountain tourism for developing leadership abilities in the youth of Pakistan.
