Please be informed that the Board Meeting of Fauji Cement Company Limited (FCCL), scheduled for August 8, 2025, is currently in progress at the FCCL Head Office, Rawalpindi. In compliance with regulatory requirements, all required disclosures, including financial results will be shared via PUCAR and made available before the start of trading on Monday, August 11, 2025.
