“FCCL Women Vocational Training Institute (FWVTI) was established at Plant in May 2015. Every year, hundreds of female students residing in near vicinity of the Plant get themselves registered to get free of cost and quality vocational training. Each year a Basic Course of 07-month duration is run. About 50 to 60 student girls from local community are trained every year. ”
